The property owner's association

South Bay is represented by the Little Harbor Property Owners Association (POA). The POA is responsible for the enforcement of the covenants and deed restrictions, as governed by the adopted by-laws. The services provided are:

• Insurance provision

The Association contracts with an association management company, EMC Association Management, LLC, to provide property management services and handle the day-to-day affairs of the Association.
